Alice is the owner and broker of Medlock and West Realty in Van Buren and branch office in Springdale, AR.

She is a life long resident of Crawford County and grew up on a farm north of Mulberry and from these roots came her love of the land, nature and outdoors. Her dedication to excellence guarantees total customer satisfaction and she always strives to “Exceed Your Expectations” with both buyers and sellers. She knows what it is to serve as over her real estate career she has served on the MLS Committee, served as a director for the Crawford County Board, chaired many of the board’s committees and was named “Crawford County Realtor of the Year” in 2013. Alice Medlock is a life long resident of Crawford County, Arkansas and a full time professional Realtor. She grew up on a farm just north of Mulberry, Arkansas and from these roots came her love and working knowledge of rural Crawford County and surrounding areas. In 1994 she entered the Real Estate arena, after having spent 25 years in business for herself. She spent the first seven years of her real estate career with one of the world’s largest real estate franchise companies and racked up virtually every award the organization awarded. From her first year in the business she was ranked in the top 2% of the organization’s agents, worldwide.

In January, 2001, she and her assistant of four years, Jerry West teamed up and opened Medlock & West Realty, LLC. Alice is licensed in Arkansas and Oklahoma and is the principal Broker of Medlock & West Realty. Alice’s specialized training in Relocation and her experience with some of the largest relocation companies, gives her access to buyers & sellers coast to coast, enabling her to provide premium services for her clients.
